- Rate: $32-35/hr
- Work Arrangement: 100% Remote / Telecommute
- Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support a high-impact Business Intelligence (BI) modernization initiative. This role will play a key part in migrating reporting solutions from SAP BusinessObjects to Microsoft Power BI, requiring strong analytical skills, hands-on BI development experience, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in business requirements and design meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze existing SAP BusinessObjects reports and map functionality to future-state Microsoft BI solutions
- Develop, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI in alignment with business requirements
- Provide regular daily and weekly status updates, including progress tracking and JIRA updates
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data or reporting issues
- Support the decommissioning (“sunsetting”) of legacy SAP BusinessObjects reports following successful migration
- Ensure BI solutions follow data warehousing standards, best practices, and performance guidelines

- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics development
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects, including Web Intelligence (WebI), Universe Design, or related components
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying relational databases
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI best practices
- Experience working in an Agile environment and providing structured status updates
- Proven experience migrating or converting reports from SAP BusinessObjects to Power BI
- Strong understanding of Teradata environments
- Experience working within the healthcare domain
The ideal candidate has a strong BI technical background, hands-on Power BI and BusinessObjects experience, and prior exposure to healthcare data environments. They are detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working on large-scale BI transformation initiatives.
