Automation QA Tester

Insight Global is seeking a fully remote Automation QA Tester to join an Absence and Disability product line supporting a large, client‑facing enterprise application. You’ll be embedded on one of four feature teams, working closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure high‑quality releases across a critical platform.

This is a hands‑on testing role for someone who enjoys collaboration, structured testing, and working within Agile delivery teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute API, UI, UAT, and black‑box testing across new features and enhancements
• Validate functionality, data integrity, and end‑to‑end user workflows in a client‑facing application
• Participate in UAT cycles, partnering with business and product teams to confirm requirements are met

• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers through resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands‑on experience with API testing
• Strong experience in UI and UAT testing
