Location: Johnston, RI, 02919 (Hybrid role - 4 days a week office)
Pay Rate: $29.57/hr (W2)
Hours: 40/week
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–5:00 pm

We are seeking a Sr Recruiting Coordinator to support employment-based green card sponsorship through the PERM labor certification process. You will manage recruiting, compliance, and administrative activities while ensuring accuracy, documentation discipline, and adherence to Department of Labor requirements.
This role involves coordinating applicant pipelines, scheduling interviews, maintaining compliance records, and collaborating with recruiters, Legal, and external immigration counsel. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals seeking growth in Talent Acquisition, operations, or compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage PERM recruitment pipelines and candidate progress
- Coordinate and schedule interviews using ATS tools
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and immigration systems
- Serve as point of contact for recruiters and hiring managers on compliance and timelines
- Ensure consistent, compliant candidate and employee experience
- Identify, escalate, and resolve compliance or process risks

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred)
- 3–5 years in administrative, operations, or recruiting roles in regulated or compliance-driven environments
- 1–2 years supporting risk, audit, or compliance processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and documentation discipline
