Head of Social & Content | Central Coast | Hybrid | Up to $165k + super.

Lead creative, scale performance, and build content that drives real growth. An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Head of Social & Content to join a fast-growing, founder-led brand. Reporting directly to the Founder, you’ll own the full social strategy across organic and paid channels, lead a high-performing team, and shape content that drives real business impact. This role is perfect for someone who can lead a team confidently, shape strategy, and turn creative ideas into measurable growth.

The Role

As Head of Social & Content, you’ll take full ownership of social strategy, creative direction, and performance.

You’ll lead and mentor the team, turning ideas into clear, structured content briefs that consistently deliver on brand and business goals.

Working closely with the media team, you’ll create content that performs and engages audiences organically across all platforms, continuously testing, iterating, and optimising to drive results.


Key Responsibilities

· Lead and mentor the social and content team, setting clear standards and delivering constructive feedback

· Own the end-to-end social strategy across all brands, balancing organic and paid performance

· Turn ideas into actionable, high-performing content briefs that drive results

· Build full-funnel content frameworks (TOF, MOF, BOF) that scale audience growth

· Analyse performance data to identify winning formats and optimisation opportunities

· Collaborate with media buyers to maximise Meta campaign results

· Drive testing, experimentation, and new content initiatives to stay ahead of trends

· Keep up to date with emerging platforms, AI tools, and social trends to maintain competitive edge


What We’re Looking For

· Experience leading and inspiring high-performing social and content teams

· 7+ years in social, content, or performance-driven ecommerce

· Deep knowledge of short-form video across Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms

· Ability to turn ideas into clear, actionable content briefs that drive results

· Turn ideas into actionable, results-driven content briefs

· Strong creative direction, you know what great content looks like (hooks, pacing, lighting that work)

· Data-driven mindset, using metrics to optimise strategy and performance

· Exceptional copywriting and hook-writing skills to engage and convert audiences
