Overview
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our team and help build scalable, high-quality digital products. We are open to different levels of seniority, although we preferably seek candidates with 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
This is a hybrid role with mandatory relocation to Graciosa Island, Azores. To support the transition, accommodation is available for the first months.
What will you do?
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Flutter / Dart
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and deliver new features
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications
Contribute to best practices in software quality, performance, and security
Actively use AI tools in the software development process to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and delivery workflows
- Contribute to projects involving Java and React when needed

What are we looking for?
Professional experience in software development, preferably 2+ years
- Solid experience with Flutter and Dart
- Good understanding of software architecture and development best practices
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern application development
- Mandatory experience using AI tools for software development
- Strong ability to integrate AI-assisted tools into daily engineering workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Availability and willingness to relocate to Graciosa Island, Azores
