Job Description


Are you a hands-on Technical Business Analyst who enjoys building solutions, not just documenting them?


This is your opportunity to step into a role where you’ll directly shape how automation, reporting, and AI-driven improvements are delivered across a global real estate function.

You’ll be working within a high-impact Performance Excellence team, driving projects across AI, robotics, and process automation. This is not a traditional BA role - you’ll own delivery end-to-end, from requirements through to building dashboards, workflows, and lightweight automation solutions that are used in production.


Your Role as a Technical Business Analyst:

You will take ownership of automation and reporting initiatives from concept through to rollout and adoption. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine business analysis with solution delivery - building Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows, and Excel-based tools while ensuring they align with real business needs.

You’ll act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, driving clarity, simplifying complexity, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable impact.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own the design, build, and rollout of automation and reporting solutions, including continuous improvement and user adoption
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into clear deliverables
  • Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
  • Create high-quality documentation including business requirements, user stories, and process flows
  • Design and build Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows, and Excel-based tools
  • Analyse data to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive improvements
  • Define and execute test cases to ensure solutions meet business requirements
  • Lead change management activities to support adoption of new tools and processes
  • Support project delivery through progress tracking, timelines, and stakeholder updates
  • Deliver regular status reporting, highlighting progress, risks, and blockers
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and proactively engage stakeholders


What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment, with a focus on technical requirements and delivery
  • Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows used in production
  • Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable outcomes
  • Experience working across end-to-end delivery, not just requirements gathering
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to challenge and influence
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a bias for action
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
