Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Design and manage lead generation strategies, including funnels, landing pages, and automation workflows
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities
- Develop and manage content across websites, social media, and email marketing
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve search rankings and online visibility
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of leads and conversion metrics
- Coordinate marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and promotions
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing or lead generation
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, CRM platforms)
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies and marketing analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations
