This role is ideal for a senior HR professional with deep experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Experience, Organizational Development, and People Leadership. You will act as the primary HR point of contact for regional leadership, overseeing end‑to‑end people processes while ensuring alignment with global standards and the company’s culture.

As People & Culture Lead America, you will manage a regional P&C team (HR Admin, HR Generalists) and partner with business leaders to deliver a consistent, high‑quality employee experience, support organizational growth, and strengthen Mirai’s culture across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional Talent Acquisition across America, ensuring effective hiring processes, supervising the recruiting team, and partnering with Hiring Managers to meet regional growth needs.
  • Oversee Hiring & Onboarding, including contract processes, document validation, and execution of a consistent, high‑quality onboarding experience.
  • Manage Employee Lifecycle Processes, including voluntary and involuntary termination and reporting to leadership.
  • Drive Organizational Development, leading performance evaluations, policy updates, training plans, and HR process improvements.
  • Administer Regional Benefits (MX & US), coordinating with brokers and supervising HR Admin operations.
  • Coordinate Corporate Events & Employer Branding initiatives such as seasonal events, conventions, and university fairs.
  • Oversee Immigration Processes for visas and Expats.
  • Provide Employee Support as a senior HR point of contact across the region.
  • Supervise HR Operations, including inventory management, documentation control, and HR systems (Personio).
  • Lead and Develop the HR Team, ensuring alignment with culture, performance, and professional growth.

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced People professional with strong operational capability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building high‑trust, people‑centric workplaces.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a solid background in talent acquisition, HR operations, and organizational development.
  • Is comfortable navigating fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop teams.
  • Thrives in multicultural settings and enjoys working with distributed teams.
  • Understands regional labor practices (Mexico and U.S. experience is a strong plus).
  • Has excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and People Management.
  • Experience leading HR teams in multinational environments (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor documentation, and best practices in the region.
  • Experience managing benefits, immigration cases, and HR platforms (Personio is a plus).
  • Strong English proficiency (B2+ required).
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

This position is based in Mexico and follows a primarily remote work model, with occasional on‑site meetings when required for business purposes.
