About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our Information Assurance team within a financial services environment. This role focuses on security governance, risk management, and compliance, with a strong emphasis on the ServiceNow IRM platform.
You’ll help maintain security policies, support audits, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Policy & Governance
- Develop and maintain information security policies and standards
- Support policy governance processes, including reviews and updates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements

Security Controls & Compliance
- Design and assess security controls aligned with frameworks such as NIST and CIS
- Perform control reviews and track remediation activities
- Maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes
ServiceNow IRM
- Support and enhance ServiceNow IRM modules (Policy, Risk, Compliance, Audit)
- Assist with implementation, testing, and ongoing improvements
- Create dashboards and reports for tracking compliance and risks
Risk & Audit Support
- Partner with audit and compliance teams during assessments
- Provide documentation and evidence for audits
- Track risks, issues, and remediation efforts
Training & Awareness

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in information security, risk, or compliance
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulatory standards
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow IRM Certification
- CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of financial industry regulations and frameworks
- Experience with risk assessments and third-party/vendor risk
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
