Why this role?

Define the paid track: Take ownership of our paid strategy, establishing the blueprint for how we scale user acquisition and revenue. You will be the internal authority, educating leadership and shaping our strategic direction with data-backed conviction.

Engineer scalable growth: Your mission is to unlock the next phase of our growth engine. Move beyond current budget constraints by identifying and proving scalable channels that demonstrably generate more revenue than they cost, moving us from limited to high investment.

Lead the PLG evolution: Join at a critical phase as we double down on our Product-Led Growth focus. You will lead core product acquisition efforts and directly influence our market approach for future product launches.

What you’ll do

  • Operate with extreme independence, identifying critical growth opportunities and executing without a predefined manual.
  • Architect and implement strategies to increase marketing spend while consistently maintaining and improving ROI.
  • Educate and influence senior stakeholders, including the VP of Product, on the 'why' behind growth tactics, fostering a data-driven culture.
  • Drive the development of a scalable, profitable paid engine that justifies significant increases in marketing investment year-over-year.

What you’ll bring

  • Seasoned expertise in Paid Growth, bringing deep knowledge we currently lack internally to operate with immediate impact.
  • A proven track record in PLG environments, with a strong focus on driving acquisition through product experiences rather than purely enterprise/ABM models.
  • An unyielding, data-driven mindset, obsessively proving the direct correlation between marketing spend and revenue generation.
  • The conviction to challenge assumptions and push back on suboptimal ideas, educating leadership with data-backed reasoning.
  • An educator's approach, capable of explaining complex paid mechanics to non-experts and fostering a shared understanding across teams.
  • Extreme independence and a 'figure it out' mentality, thriving in ambiguity and proactively charting the course.
