Job Description

Founder’s Associate / Chief of Staff, London, £50k-£100k base, Start up, Sales, Fundraising, Marketing, Operations, Product discovery, engineering collaboration

I’m working with a fast-growing, VC-backed startup building at the intersection of software and real-world industries like aerospace, healthcare, and energy. They’re tackling deeply complex, outdated systems and bringing speed and automation to sectors that have historically lagged behind.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the founding team as a Founder’s Associate / Chief of Staff, taking on high-impact work across the entire business. If you want the closest thing to being a founder without starting your own company, this is it.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working alongside founders on sales conversations, deal execution, and customer insights

• Supporting go-to-market strategy and helping shape product direction

• Getting hands-on with product discovery, user workflows, and engineering collaboration

• Assisting with fundraising materials, investor outreach, and updates

• Conducting market research and supporting expansion strategy

• Helping build out a world-class team through hiring and talent ops

• Owning key operational workflows across the business

What they’re looking for:

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to operate at pace

• Strong analytical thinker with a high level of curiosity

• Background in fast-paced environments (consulting, finance, or high-growth startups)

• Comfortable working in ambiguity and solving unstructured problems

• Proactive, hands-on, and biased toward action

• Strong skills in tools like Excel, slides, etc.

Why this role:

• True exposure to every part of building and scaling a company

• High ownership from day one, working directly with founders

• Steep learning curve and career-defining experience

• Strong compensation package including equity

• Additional perks including meals, gym access, and relocation support

If you’re looking to accelerate your career and eventually build something of your own, this is the kind of role that gets you there.
