Your daily pitch
Do you have experience in the iGaming industry and a passion for customer wellbeing? Then our Player Safety Team could be the perfect place for you. As a Player Safety Analyst (m/f/x), you will evaluate customer interactions and monitor player behavior to ensure safe use of our products.
Your playing field
- Monitor and assess customer gaming behavior, and handle RG / GDPR and other legal matters.
- Conduct age, affordability, and limit checks to comply with licensing requirements and maintain a safe platform.
- Work closely with our Customer Service team, acting as the main point of contact for player safety and responsible gaming inquiries and training.
- Support the team with compliance and GDPR-related questions, as well as other ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

- Languages: Excellent command of English. Our team consists of more than 50 nationalities working together to achieve Tipico’s mission. English is our primary language for communication within the company.
- Strong Communication: You are our point of contact for all player safety topics and support your colleagues in Online and Retail as 2nd-line support with your excellent communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: With your analytical mindset, you read between the lines and have a keen eye for details.
- Professional Experience: You have completed a degree or vocational training in a customer-focused field and may already have some experience in the iGaming industry.
- Technical Know-How: You are proficient with common MS Office programs, especially Excel, and can quickly get up to speed with new systems.
