Key Responsibilities
Own the front-end hiring funnel by posting roles on LinkedIn and other boards, screening resumes for cultural fit and technical alignment, and conducting initial introductory interviews.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, scheduling all subsequent interview rounds with the internal team and ensuring a high-touch, professional candidate experience.
Lead the preparation for customer visits to our Atlanta headquarters, including making restaurant reservations, ensuring conference rooms are professionally set up (AV, seating, refreshments), and distributing polished itineraries.
Research and build detailed profiles of key individuals the team will meet at upcoming conferences; manage logistics for events, including coordinating with Food & Beverage and AV vendors.
Maintain the integrity of our CRM by inputting interaction notes, updating lead status, and building out customer organization charts to support the sales and executive teams.
Track a wide variety of "loose ends" for the executive team, ensuring no task or follow-up is dropped. Draft clear, concise internal and external correspondence, representing the MapLarge brand with professionalism and high emotional intelligence.

MapLarge is seeking a People & Operations Manager to serve as the engine behind our talent acquisition and administrative workflows. This role is a hybrid of recruiting, executive support, and event logistics, designed for a high-energy "doer" who thrives on organization and human connection. You will be the first point of contact for new talent and the primary coordinator for the critical tasks that keep our leadership team moving forward.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (business administration, management, or related field preferred).
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Availability for in-person meetings at Atlanta headquarters or various events around the US as needed.
  • Extremely smart and a quick learner; able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently within an intelligent peer group.
  • High degree of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce concise, error-free documents.
  • Proven project management skills, able to oversee diverse tasks and advance priorities in a timely manner.
  • Advanced organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable problem-solver.
