Enterprise Wireless Network Engineer

Enterprise Wireless (HPE/Aruba):

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of HPE/Aruba Enterprise Wireless networks.
• Manage and provision Aruba Access Points and Wireless LAN Controllers.
• Perform RF planning, site surveys, and wireless performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex wireless connectivity, authentication, and roaming issues.

ISP & Core Networking:

• Support, configure, and maintain our core ISP/WISP network infrastructure.
• Provision and troubleshoot network routing and switching using Mikrotik and Cisco equipment.
• Manage dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, and traffic engineering.
• Ensure network high availability, performance monitoring, and rapid response to outages.

• Fluent/Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory, as you will be working directly with our Worldwide-based team and clients.

• Proven hands-on experience in implementing and managing HPE/Aruba wireless products (APs and Controllers).
• Strong background working in an ISP or WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider) environment.
• Deep technical expertise configuring and troubleshooting Mikrotik (RouterOS) and Cisco (IOS/NX-OS) routers and switches.
• Solid understanding of core networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLANs, OSPF, BGP).
• Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment with strong communication and documentation skills.

• Official certifications from Aruba (ACMA, ACMP).
• Experience with network automation or scripting (Python, Ansible).
