Role Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Designer to join our Dubai team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is focused on producing high-quality visual content and animations that elevate our brand presence and support marketing, social media, and sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in real estate or luxury brand design, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and motion graphics. This role is suited to someone who can take full ownership of the design process — from concept to execution — while maintaining a premium and consistent visual identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual content for digital platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, advertisements, and video content
• Develop branded assets including brochures, presentations, property listings, and promotional materials
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and premium positioning
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Videographer to produce cohesive and high-performing content
• Create visually compelling graphics that support lead generation and marketing campaigns
• Design and animate content optimised for social media performance (ads, reels, stories, etc.)
• Maintain consistency across all visual outputs including typography, colour, and layout
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay up to date with design trends, motion graphics styles, and real estate marketing visuals
• Continuously improve design quality and creative output

• Organise and manage design files, templates, and brand assets

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Experience in graphic design and motion graphics (both required)
• Previous experience in real estate or luxury brand design is highly preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality static designs and motion graphics work
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in motion graphics software (After Effects or similar)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding
• Ability to produce premium, high-end visual content
