This role involves crafting compelling visual assets across multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas to life through static and motion design, producing visuals that capture attention and generate results. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including media, content, and client stakeholders, you will develop and optimize creative assets for A/B testing and other optimization strategies. Your work will directly influence campaign performance and contribute to our clients’ business success. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a designer eager to learn, experiment, and grow within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO.
- At least 1 year of experience in motion graphics and short-form video production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including A/B testing, heat-mapping, and CRO analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of platform-specific creative specifications for social media advertising.
- Interest in staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools relevant to marketing and design.

- Design and produce engaging ad assets and landing pages backed by data insights to optimize digital marketing KPIs.
