Platform Engineer (Kubernetes) at BairesDev
As a Platform Engineer, you will build and maintain robust, scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge the gap between infrastructure and development, enabling teams to deploy and scale applications seamlessly while abstracting away underlying complexity.
What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.

- Develop and maintain Helm charts and templates for standardized application deployment and configuration.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Implement and optimize GitOps-based continuous delivery workflows using tools like ArgoCD.
- Collaborate with development teams to define platform standards, resource requirements, and scaling strategies.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and automated self-healing.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Proven expertise in designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Helm
- Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD
- Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud-native security
