1. About Our Client:

The organization operates in the ecommerce search and discovery industry, addressing the challenge of optimizing key metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, and profit through advanced technology. It has developed a proprietary search engine using transformers and generative large language models that powers various ecommerce functions like search, recommendations, and shopping agents. Designed for extreme scale, the platform processes over 1 billion queries daily across 150 languages and about 100 countries. It serves major ecommerce companies globally, including Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco. Founded in 2019 and based in the U.S., the organization is led by its original founders and focuses heavily on engineering innovation in AI.



2. About the Opportunity:

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead and expand paid acquisition efforts to drive qualified pipeline for a leading AI ecommerce product. This role is critical in shaping how enterprise ecommerce buyers discover the platform and enter the sales funnel. The position requires ownership of multi-channel paid campaigns and close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to align paid activities with broader pipeline and conversion goals.



3. Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display networks, content syndication, and sponsorship placements

• Manage and allocate paid media budgets to maximize pipeline contribution and ROI

• Collaborate with demand generation and sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals and lead conversion targets

• Build and test audience segments, ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies using continuous A/B experimentation

• Partner with content, design, and product marketing teams to develop ad copy and assets targeting ecommerce decision-makers

• Own reporting dashboards and provide regular performance updates with actionable insights

• Stay current on platform updates, privacy regulations, and B2B paid media trends to maintain competitive advantage



4. Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in a B2B SaaS or technology environment

• Proven success running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads at scale with measurable pipeline impact

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI platforms

• Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce for lead tracking and attribution

• Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets with clear reporting on pipeline and revenue impact

• Excellent communication skills to translate data into insights for cross-functional teams



5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
