We’re working with a major enterprise organisation undergoing a large-scale transformation across their insurance platforms, and they’re looking for a Guidewire PolicyCenter Development Lead to take ownership of delivery and design across key initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who’s led implementations and can still get into the detail when needed.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading end-to-end Guidewire PolicyCenter development and delivery
• Driving design across configuration, integrations, and cloud-based deployments

• Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape solutions
• Supporting migration to Guidewire Cloud / SaaS environments
• Overseeing development across PCFs, business rules, data models, and integrations

What they’re looking for

• Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (V10 ideally)
• Proven track record delivering multiple full lifecycle implementations
• Hands-on expertise across:
• PCFs, business rules, data modelling, GUnit
• GOSU, REST APIs, messaging, batch processes
• Experience integrating with portals / external systems
• Exposure to Guidewire Cloud Data Platform / SaaS migration
