Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: 100% Remote in the USA
Job type: 6 months contract with possibility of extension
About the Role
- We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for Machine Learning, Data, and Engineering roles. In this role, you will partner closely with technical leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, engage, and close top-tier talent.
- You’ll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while helping scale high-impact technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Machine Learning, Data Science, and Engineering roles
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and build effective talent strategies
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using multiple channels
- Screen candidates and manage pipeline progression end-to-end
- Collaborate with talent partners to track and deliver on hiring goals and metrics
- Use a data-driven approach to manage expectations and provide insights on pipeline health
- Champion an inclusive hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including technical recruiting
- At least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience within a tech company
- Proven experience hiring for Engineering, Data Science, and/or ML roles
- Strong track record of scaling technical teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultative skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
