Enterprise Business Analyst

A professional services firm in the IT services and enterprise software consulting sector, delivering digital transformation, application integration, and managed services to customers across industries. We build scalable, cloud-enabled solutions and process-driven platforms that improve operational efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in India, collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams and global stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations.
• Translate requirements into clear BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows (BPMN/UML), and wireframes to guide delivery teams.
• Prioritize and manage product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum teams; facilitate backlog grooming and Sprint planning.
• Coordinate and drive UAT, trace defects to requirements, and ensure timely closure with development and QA teams.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to validate requirements, measure feature adoption, and recommend optimizations using SQL and BI tools.
• Act as primary stakeholder liaison: run workshops, present solution options, and align technical design with business objectives.

Additional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in IT services or software delivery as a Business Analyst or similar; proven experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and with international, remote stakeholders.
