Senior Rust Developer - Perm - Aviation Technology
Salary: £80,000-£110,000 + equity
Location: Full Remote UK (Must be a resident, will not accept remote workers outside the UK)

The platform underpins real‑time scheduling, disruption management, and optimisation, operating in complex, data‑intensive, and time‑sensitive environments.
They’re looking for a Senior Rust Engineer to work on core backend services where low latency, concurrency, reliability, and correctness are first‑class concerns. This is not a web or API‑first role - the focus is on systems‑level backend engineering that directly supports real operational decision‑making.
