Project Overview:
You will be working on a major enhancement to an Enrollment Broker application, contributing to both development and ongoing system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex enterprise applications
- Participate in full SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment, support)
- Perform database design and optimization
- Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues
- Mentor junior developers and lead small teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience with Java and SQL
- Strong experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Hibernate / JPA / MyBatis
- Experience with JavaScript and frontend technologies
- Knowledge of Struts and/or JSF (JavaServer Faces)
- Exposure to AWS cloud services
- 3+ years of Python experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC, system design, and production support
