About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve the systems that power the full Buildofarm experience—from enrollment to deal execution.
This is not a traditional SaaS product role.
You will be responsible for designing and optimizing the systems, workflows, and tools that drive:
Student onboarding speed and engagement
- Coaching efficiency and scalability
- Internal team productivity
- End-to-end customer experience

This role sits at the intersection of operations, product, and revenue, and requires someone who can translate real business problems into scalable system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the systems supporting the full student lifecycle (sales → onboarding → coaching → deal support)
- Translate operational challenges into scalable product and system solutions
- Partner with leadership to identify bottlenecks and prioritize high-impact improvements
- Manage and improve tools such as CRM (Close.io), scheduling systems, communication platforms, and internal workflows
- Design and implement automations and integrations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Create clear product requirements and work with developers or vendors to execute
- Monitor system performance, user behavior, and feedback to continuously improve outcomes
- Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, onboarding, coaching, and support teams
- Build and maintain product roadmaps tied directly to business KPIs
- Manage the development and improvement of internal and external digital products
- Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, IT Project Management, or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development workflows and product lifecycle
- Experience working with developers, digital tools, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to gather requirements, write clear documentation, and manage priorities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
