Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a leading global beauty company known for its expansive portfolio of professional salon brands and nationwide distribution network, to hire a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Administrator for a 6-month contract role fully remote working EST hours. This role is paying $70–75/hour and is ideal for a highly technical marketing professional with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation.
About the Role
This position will support the CRM Activation team and partner closely with external agencies to build, execute, and optimize personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns. The role is heavily focused on ensuring data is structured correctly, campaigns are functioning properly, and customer journeys are built with precision.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Develop custom SQL queries, email templates, and AMPscript-based dynamic content
- Create and optimize customer journeys, triggers, and automation workflows
- Support Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio) including templates and integrations
- Perform QA testing, auditing, and validation prior to campaign deployment
- Collaborate with agencies to ensure data accuracy and campaign quality
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize targeting and personalization strategies
- Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot system and campaign issues

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Admin/Developer)
- Strong expertise in SQL and AMPscript
- Experience building customer journeys, segmentation, and triggered campaigns
- Solid understanding of data modeling and SFMC data architecture
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on QA and data accuracy
- Ability to read and understand technical scripts/code
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
