  • Proficiency with AI development platforms such as Copilot Studio, Power Apps/Automate, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of workflows, process optimization, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in construction or industrial environments is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work onsite in New Haven, CT, and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • AI agent development: Build, test, and deploy multiple production-ready AI agents using platforms such as Copilot Studio, Power Apps/Automate, and ChatGPT Enterprise. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
  • Collaboration and coordination: Partner with project managers, superintendents, and the central AI Studio to develop user stories, prioritize features, and coordinate development efforts.
  • Implementation and deployment: Oversee the deployment of AI agents on-site, providing training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
