Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Motion Designer who can translate creative strategy into high-quality, high-performing visual content.

This role goes beyond execution—you will play a key part in bringing campaigns to life through motion, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating closely with internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with strong experience in digital marketing and ad creatives.

You must be comfortable managing multiple clients, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering polished work consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Execution & Motion Design

• Translate client and campaign strategy into high-quality motion deliverables

• Produce engaging video and animated assets for digital marketing campaigns
• Ensure all work is delivered accurately, on time, and within scope

Brand Consistency & Asset Management

• Maintain consistency across all creative outputs for each client
• Build and manage internal brand libraries and design files
• Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and campaign goals

Art Direction & Creative Strategy

• Provide art direction for campaign assets and upcoming initiatives
• Contribute creative ideas that align with marketing objectives
• Stay current with design trends, pop culture, and digital content strategies

Client & Team Collaboration

• Manage a portfolio of clients and execute quarterly creative strategies
• Collaborate with Account Managers, fulfillment teams, and clients
• Communicate clearly, provide updates, and build strong working relationships

Project Management & Workflow

• Manage tasks and deadlines using tools like Asana
• Ensure projects move efficiently from concept to delivery
• Review and quality-check all work before submission

Requirements

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in motion design and visual content creation
• Proven experience working on digital marketing campaigns and ad creatives
• Experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop)
• Experience with Figma for design collaboration
• Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Express, and AI-based motion tools
• Comfortable using Asana and Google Workspace

Design & Creative Skills

• Strong foundation in typography, composition, and color theory
• Ability to translate strategy into compelling visual storytelling
• High attention to detail with strong quality control standards

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Highly organized and methodical in workflow management
• Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented

Additional Requirements

• This is a full-time role requiring strong overlap with MST business hours (8 AM – 5 PM) to support team collaboration and client communication
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
