A resourceful, technically excellent Forward Deployment Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering and client delivery. You will embed with banking clients to integrate Triple's AI agents into their core systems, making the "last mile" happen.

What you will do
- Work directly with bank engineering teams to integrate Triple's AI agents into their core banking systems, dispute platforms, and card processing infrastructure
- Build and maintain custom integration adapters, ETL pipelines, and secure APIs to ensure seamless data flow between client systems and Triple's platform
- Navigate complex security requirements including authentication layers, VPNs, and compliance frameworks at regulated financial institutions
- Translate client-specific requirements into technical implementations, adapting our platform to fit each bank's operational reality
- Contribute directly to Triple's codebase: every integration insight becomes a reusable component that accelerates future deployments
- Partner with product and engineering to close the feedback loop between client needs and platform capabilities

What you need
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Forward Deployment Engineer
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, and data pipeline tooling is a plus
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems in financial services, payments, or similarly regulated industries
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you define the solution as much as you build it
- Customer-first mindset: you enjoy solving real problems with real people, not just writing code in isolation
- Pragmatic builder who can balance engineering quality with delivery speed
- English fluency required. Additional European languages are a strong plus
