The Role
We're hiring a full-stack developer to work across client projects and internal product development — including proprietary AI-powered tools that are redefining how organizations generate, qualify, and convert leads. You'll report directly to the Founder and coordinate with our in-house Visual Systems Designer.
This is not a typical dev role. You'll work at the intersection of AI automation, human-centered design, and systems architecture — building tools that integrate brand intelligence, sales infrastructure, and operational workflows into unified ecosystems.
Our technical suite evolves continuously. You must be someone who learns new platforms and tools quickly — your adaptability matters as much as your current stack.

What You'll Work On
- AI-powered automation systems and intelligent agent frameworks
- Custom micro-SaaS tools for technology companies
- Workflow automation platforms, (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar), API integrations, and LLM-powered automation sequences
- WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify websites for clients
- Internal dashboards, reporting tools, and client onboarding systems
- Progressive web apps, single-page applications, and native applications
Core Requirements
Automation & AI Integration:
- Workflow Automations platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar) — fluent in building complex fluent in building complex workflows, API integrations, and automation sequences
- LLM integration experience (Claude, Gemini, or similar) via APIs
- Experience building AI-powered bots, agents, and lead generation systems
Web Development (must be comfortable across all):

Hosting & Infrastructure:
- Siteground and/or AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront)
- CDN configuration and edge deployment
- Cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, Siteground, etc.)
- DNS management, SSL certificates, domain configuration
- Site migrations with zero downtime
- Staging environments and automated backup systems
Productivity & Collaboration:
- Google Workspace management and configuration
- Notion workspace builds and automation
- Microsoft 365 familiarity
- Migration expertise (Microsoft to Google Workspace)
Compliance & Security:
- HIPAA and GDPR compliance understanding
- Authentication, encryption, and security best practices
Additional Technical Skills:
- React (modern component architecture, hooks, state management)
- Node.js (backend development, API design)
- Python (scripting, automation, data processing, AI integrations)
- PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar database systems
- Git/GitHub workflows and version control

Work Structure
- Full-time contract position, fully remote
- English fluency required
- 30-day evaluation period
- Direct reporting to Founder/CEO
- Daily start-of-day and end-of-day reports
- WhatsApp for urgent issues; email for updates and project summaries
