As the client-facing Director of B2B Event Marketing & Content, you will strategize, build, and execute B2B marketing campaigns across a portfolio of clients. The majority of this work centers on driving attendance and engagement for virtual executive roundtables, with a portion of clients focused on direct B2B outreach campaigns. You will write and optimize campaign content, manage client relationships, and own the marketing strategy for the accounts you are assigned.
This is a high-visibility role requiring impeccable writing skills, confident facilitation of regular client meetings and virtual executive roundtables with senior leaders from major US companies, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of success in B2B marketing.
This position starts part-time and hourly, with a path to full-time as you demonstrate impact and grow into the role.
Fundamental Requirements
- Must be able to confidently meet and communicate with US-based executives in both written and spoken form.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, including campaign execution, content writing, and client-facing work. This is the most important qualification for this role.
- Proven experience managing B2B client relationships with a track record of strong retention and satisfaction.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft promotional messaging that resonates with senior decision-makers.
- Experience with B2B event marketing or executive-level event promotion preferred.
- Proficiency in market targeting, segmentation, and list building using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar.
- Quick and clear verbal and written communicator who can handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, Google Sheets, and workflow automation tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing or account management role.

Responsibilities
- Write and optimize client marketing content including outreach messaging, LinkedIn campaigns, email sequences, phone scripts, and event promotional materials with creativity and an eye toward results.
- Develop and refine roundtable and campaign topics, themes, and positioning in collaboration with clients, with the ability to build strategy from scratch or sharpen what a client brings to the table.
- Continuously optimize promotional messaging and campaign strategy based on performance data, client feedback, and an instinct for what resonates with senior decision-makers.
- Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns to drive registration and attendance for virtual executive roundtables, as well as direct B2B outreach campaigns.
- Own market targeting and segmentation efforts, identifying the right audiences for each client using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Regularly meet with and manage client relationships, ensuring quality delivery of services and strong long-term retention.
- Facilitate client strategy sessions and communicate clearly and confidently with senior US executives.
- Leverage internal support team to execute tasks and move client work forward efficiently while ensuring client deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously refine strategy based on data and results.
