Job Description
Our client, an eCommerce agency, is currently seeking a Freelance Production Designer / QA Design Specialist with strong PDP and eCommerce experience to support a large, high-profile CPG client within their eCommerce content.
This role is fully remote, 40hrs/week for about 8 weeks with potential to extend based on business need and performance. The goal of this position is to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity of all creative assets by executing production design work and conducting detailed quality assurance checks aligned to established brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own final production of creative assets across Digital Shelf, PDP, eCommerce, and print materials
- Conduct thorough QA reviews to ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, legal requirements, and technical specs
- Check for accuracy in layout, typography, color, imagery, and copy across all assets
- Ensure consistency across large volumes of SKUs and campaign variations
- Prepare and package final files for delivery, ensuring correct formats, naming conventions, and version control
- Partner closely with designers, copywriters, and project managers to flag and resolve inconsistencies or errors
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all executions, ensuring strict adherence
- Support updates, revisions, and versioning of existing assets with a high level of precision and speed
- Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in production design, graphic design, or QA-focused design roles
- Strong understanding of CPG workflows, including packaging, Digital Shelf, and PDP assets
- Expert-level attention to detail with a sharp eye for inconsistencies and errors
- Deep familiarity with brand guidelines and different retailer specifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience working within templated systems and managing multiple versions of assets
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and high-volume workloads without sacrificing quality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
