(Full-Time · 100% Remote · Independent Contractor)

We’re looking for a no-code/low-code automation expert who thinks like an operations consultant, builds fast, and uses AI strategically. You’ll help us eliminate repetitive work, speed up delivery, and create a calmer, smarter, more scalable agency.
📍 Work from anywhere. Our meetings happen in Europe/Asia time zones.

You’ll design, build, and implement intelligent automation systems — turning chaos into clarity.
🧠 Create smart workflows using Zapier / Make.com / Notion API / Slack bots
💬 Build AI-powered client communication tools (auto-responses, FAQs, triage)
📈 Automate copywriting and funnel setup with AI tools like Claude & GPT-4
🗂️ Build template-based systems to speed up funnel and ad setup
📊 Automate status updates & reporting to keep clients informed
⚙️ Connect tools (Slack, Notion, GHL, Google Workspace, WebinarFuel, etc.) for seamless flow
🪄 Constantly look for ways to save time and scale quality across 30+ client projects
Month 1: Fix our #1 client pain — response times.
- Build Slack & email auto-response bots
- Route messages instantly to the right person
- Log and track support issues in Notion

Month 2: Speed up delivery.
- Implement AI copy generation (ads, emails, landing pages)
- Build “master funnels” in GoHighLevel that can be cloned and customized fast
- Automate project updates for clients
Month 3: Prepare for growth.
- Create an AI webinar analysis system using Fireflies transcripts
- Automate onboarding (Slack channels, Notion pages, GHL workspaces)
- Build dashboards showing what’s blocking progress
By the end of 90 days, your automations should have cut response time in half and enabled us to handle 30+ clients without additional hires.
✅ Skilled in automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, or similar)
✅ Experienced with AI integrations (Claude, GPT-4, or other LLMs)
✅ Confident building no-code/low-code systems (Notion API, Airtable, Slack apps)
✅ Strong in marketing automation and understanding client journeys
✅ A problem-solver who thinks in systems, not tasks
✅ Fast, practical, and focused on impact — not perfection
✅ A clear English communicator who explains tech simply
🌍 Bonus: agency experience or background in scaling operations
💻 100% remote — all you need is Wi-Fi & your laptop
🕓 Work mainly between Europe/Asia hours
