Our client is one of Europe’s fastest-growing enterprise SaaS unicorns, backed by a leading global investment firm, and serving 2,000+ enterprise clients worldwide.
They've built a category-defining platform focused on operational efficiency across global supply chains. The company is now entering a critical phase: transitioning from multiple standalone products to a unified enterprise platform.
To support this shift, they are hiring a Head of Product Marketing to define how the platform is positioned, communicated, and sold globally.
This is not feature marketing.
This is a strategic narrative and platform positioning role at the core of the company’s next growth stage.
The Role
- You will take ownership of Product Marketing as a function, reporting directly to the CMO.
- You will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling enterprise value.
- Your goal: build a cohesive platform narrative that enables Sales to win larger, more strategic deals.
The Mission
Define the Platform Narrative
- Build and own the global positioning of the platform across multiple product domains
- Position against point solutions and legacy systems
Build a Scalable Product Marketing Function
- Define the structure, processes, and scope of Product Marketing
- Help build a team of 5-10 people
- Establish clear ownership across product lines and GTM motions

Own Go-To-Market Strategy
- Define ICP segmentation and buyer personas
- Develop messaging frameworks for enterprise buyers
- Influence pricing, packaging, and platform bundling
Create a World-Class Launch Engine
- Build structured launch playbooks and processes
- Align Product, Sales, and Demand Gen around launches
- Define success metrics and ensure execution discipline
Enable Enterprise Sales
- Develop value messaging, battlecards, and executive narratives
- Improve win rates in complex enterprise sales cycles
- Equip Sales with clear, outcome-driven storytelling
Your Experience
- 10 to 12+ years in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS
- Strong experience in enterprise or platform SaaS environments
- Proven track record building or scaling Product Marketing teams
- Experience positioning multi-product platforms, not just single products
- Deep understanding of enterprise buyers and complex sales cycles
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English required (German a plus, but not required)
