Your Profile & DNA:

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow SecOps professional with deep expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR) to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about automation, security workflows, and building scalable solutions—this role is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and optimize SIR Workspaces and user experiences
• Build and enhance SIR Playbooks with automation and orchestration
• Implement incident classification, enrichment, and correlation logic
• Develop automated remediation workflows using Flow Designer & Playbook Designer
• Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, EDR, and security tools
• Support Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance modules

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with strong focus on SecOps / SIR
• Hands-on expertise in workspace customization, scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow Studio
• Strong understanding of security operations and incident response lifecycle
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes
