The Client

Our client is a leading AI Safety and Research organisation at the forefront of the global AI revolution. They are a mission-driven Public Benefit Corporation expanding their international headquarters in Dublin. Due to rapid growth, they are seeking a high-caliber Payroll Specialist on a Contract to Permanent to join their Finance team immediately.

The Mission

This is a critical hire. You will manage and scale complex international payroll operations across various jurisdictions in EMEA and APAC. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who excels in operational excellence and vendor management within a high-growth tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Operations: Lead full-cycle payroll processing for multiple international entities.
• Compliance: Ensure local statutory filings, social security, and tax compliance across all active jurisdictions.
• Systems & Scaling: Manage third-party payroll providers and drive process automation within Workday HRIS.
• Financial Integration: Support month-end accounting, equity compensation processes, and payroll-related journal entries.

The Ideal Profile

• Experience: 5-6+ years in payroll, with 3+ years in a complex international capacity.
• Tech Stack: Expert-level Workday experience is a prerequisite.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
