Overview

Join Eversports as our new Senior Mobile Developer! Help us revolutionize sports accessibility through our B2C and B2B applications! You will be our primary iOS Developer in the organisation, and will broaden mobile knowledge coverage across the team whilst contributing towards our mission "Make sports happen!"

Work time: Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off!)

Planned start: May 2026

Location: VIENNA, Austria

Your Tasks

• Own, maintain, and continuously improve the Eversports iOS app with a strong focus on code quality and UX
• Manage and extend a portfolio of branded iOS apps, delivering new versions reliably and on schedule
• Collaborate with Android, backend, product, and design teams to build and scale mobile solutions
• Contribute to the technical conception of new apps, including architecture, stack decisions, and delivery planning
• Take end-to-end ownership of the App Store lifecycle (releases, versioning, App Store Connect, compliance)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, stable, and reliable app delivery
• Support cross-platform development by collaborating on the Android codebase and sharing mobile expertise
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, pair programming, and documentation

• Stay up to date with mobile trends, tools, and platform developments, including AI-supported workflows
  
  

Your Profile

• 7+ years of experience developing software in production systems, with at least 4+ years focused on native iOS development
• Strong proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit
• Proven experience with App Store management and release processes (App Store Connect, TestFlight, release cycles)
• Experience setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines for iOS (e.g. Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, Bitrise, or similar)
• Experience consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs and collaborating closely with backend teams
• Demonstrated ability to make sound architectural decisions on iOS projects independently
• Some exposure to Android development (Java or Kotlin) — active willingness to grow Android skills on the job is required
• Curiosity and openness towards AI tools in a development workflow (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
