Provide L2 and L3 support for AWS cloud infrastructure and platform services

Drive delivery value through ticket reduction, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements
Ensure compliance with healthcare security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with application teams, security, QA, and onshore stakeholders
Support cloud releases, environment provisioning, and post-deployment validations
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement

Position: AWS CloudOps Support Engineer

Location: Remote

Shift: Anytime Between 07 AM - 07 PM CST (40 hrs a week)

Job Description:

As a CloudOps Support Engineer you’ll support for AWS cloud infrastructure and platform services.

Mandatory: Healthcare Software IT, HIPAA, DevOps and SRE practices, CloudOps (AWS), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Monitoring, Security, Automation and other Cloud Operations related technologies


Duties:

  • Provide L2 and L3 support for AWS cloud infrastructure and platform services
  • Support CloudOps activities during the 7 AM – 7 PM Central US time support window
