Senior QA Tester

QA Tester (Remote | Central Time Zone)

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team. This role is fully remote; however, candidates must be available to work within the Central Time Zone.

Employment Type: Full-time (FTE preferred) or Contract (C2C)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality and perform regression testing
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear and detailed reporting
• Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation
• Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce, analyze, and resolve issues
• Ensure software meets business requirements and user expectations

• Conduct regression testing to confirm that updates and fixes do not introduce new defects

Required Qualifications

• Experience with software testing methodologies, including Kanban-based workflows
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Jira and UFT
• Knowledge of IBM iSeries, RPG, DDS, and SQL
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle defects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
