Job Description


Rex.zone features remote, full-time HR Generalist roles focused on end-to-end HR operations for distributed teams. You will support onboarding/offboarding, HRIS accuracy, employee relations, policy compliance, and coordination with payroll and benefits partners while working across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, documentation)
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy, employee records, and SOPs
  • Partner with managers on performance-cycle administration, feedback practices, and documentation
  • Handle employee relations topics with confidentiality, empathy, and consistent policy application
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and leave management with internal/external partners
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations (including cross-border considerations when applicable)
  • Support recruiting logistics (interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer paperwork)
  • Contribute to engagement initiatives, training coordination, and HR reporting dashboards

Required Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience in remote or distributed environments
  • Working knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, and policy compliance
  • Strong written communication for policies, SOPs, and employee-facing guidance
  • Comfort collaborating across time zones and global stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality with sensitive data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS/ATS tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, Rippling, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Exposure to multi-country HR operations and remote-first policies
  • Experience with basic HR analytics, dashboards, and routine reporting

Work Model
