Remote HR Generalist (Brazil) โ Rex.zone
Rex.zone is hiring a full-time Remote HR Generalist to support Brazil-based employees and stakeholders. You will manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, partnering with People Ops, Finance, recruiters, and business leaders to keep HR programs scalable, audit-ready, and aligned to company policy and local practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding checklists, workflows, and required documentation
- Maintain HRIS data integrity (job changes, employee records, and updates)
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, leave requests, and day-to-day employee support
- Support performance review cycles, feedback programs, and manager enablement
- Assist with HR compliance workflows (policies, acknowledgements, training tracking)
- Contribute to HR reporting and HR analytics dashboards
- Improve SOPs, templates, knowledge base articles, and ticketing workflows
- Support employee relations case documentation, escalation routing, and investigations support
- Partner on culture and engagement initiatives for distributed teams

- Mid-Senior experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles
- Hands-on HRIS administration (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, or similar)
- Experience handling employee relations cases with confidentiality and clear documentation
- Strong knowledge of onboarding, benefits coordination, and policy implementation
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests with SLA-oriented service delivery
- Strong written communication for policies, process updates, and employee support
