Our customer is a fast-growing iGaming startup building the next generation of sweepstakes-based gaming experiences, operating at the intersection of gaming, technology, and user engagement. Their platform enables seamless cross-game interactions powered by innovative mechanics. With plans to triple in size this year, they are looking for builders who thrive in fast-paced environments where ideas move from concept to live product in weeks.

Position Summary

This is the first dedicated Product hire to help scale how we build. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll translate product vision into clear plans, align cross-functional teams, and drive execution from concept through launch. This role sits at the center of the organization, partnering with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure we’re building the right things and building them efficiently. You’ll bring structure and clarity to our process while preserving the speed and intuition of a founder-led product. As an early hire, you’ll also help define how the product works at the company, from processes to team rituals, laying the foundation for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog across mobile and desktop experiences.
• Partner closely with design on UX flows and user journeys; ability to negotiate tradeoffs between UX and Engineering.
• Translate CEO's vision into clearly scoped, prioritized deliverables.
• Author high-quality product specs and PRDs for engineering teams to consume without a lot of back and forth.
• Think through edge cases, failure states, and compliance considerations proactively.
• Help build the product function from scratch, process, tooling, and team norms.
• Drive execution rigor while keeping processes lightweight and team-friendly.
• Collaborate with engineering on tradeoff decisions and delivery planning.

• Coordinate cross-team syncs so the CEO stays out of the weeds.
• Drive alignment, surface conflicts early, and resolve them before they slow delivery.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong consumer-facing and/or startup product background; native mobile experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with design and engineering teams.
• Comfort operating in founder-led, fast-moving environments.
• Experience or interest in building a product organization, mentoring junior product managers.
• Experience running cross-functional delivery end-to-end.
• High autonomy, you bring solutions, not just status updates.
• Bonus: Prior experience in regulated, fintech-adjacent products, casino or iGaming industries, particularly the European gaming market.
