An established IT Services firm known as the first‑choice technology partner for law firms, legal departments, and professional services organizations is seeking an experienced iManage Engineer to join its growing team.
This role focuses on remote support for nationwide clients, guiding them through the adoption, conversion, integration, and ongoing support of both iManage Cloud and On‑Premises solutions. You’ll work closely with legal and professional services clients to ensure stable, secure, and optimized document management environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support iManage implementations, migrations, conversions, and configurations
- Troubleshoot complex iManage environments across cloud and on‑prem deployments
- Guide clients through best practices for iManage adoption and optimization
- Provide remote technical support for a national client base
- Support related systems and infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure or AWS, and core networking components
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integrations and high client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of iManage experience, including 3+ years as an iManage Engineer
- Hands‑on experience with iManage migrations, conversions, and configurations
- Strong troubleshooting experience across iManage environments
- iManage Cloud experience highly preferred
- iManage certification is a plus
- Working knowledge of O365, Active Directory, Azure or AWS, and general networking concepts
- Comfortable supporting clients remotely in a service‑focused environment
