Job Description


The Opportunity


We are working with a premier, high-end residential builder is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead recruitment efforts across the East Coast. This is a great role for a recruiting professional who thrives in a dynamic, project-based environment and understands the unique nuances of the construction industry. You will be the primary recruiting partner for regional leadership, ensuring that world-class projects are staffed with exceptional talent—from master craftspeople and skilled trades to executive leadership.


This is a fully remote role with 9am - 5pm working hours Monday-Friday.

Must be based in New England, preferably Massachusetts


What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of requisitions, ensuring project delivery excellence through strategic staffing.
  • Proactively hunt for passive talent and build deep pipelines within the skilled trades (Carpentry, Foremen, etc.) and construction management sectors.
  • Lead regular staffing calls with regional principals and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with real-time workforce needs.
  • Maintain a seamless candidate experience while overseeing ATS workflows, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and career fairs, strengthening its reputation as an employer of choice in the luxury building space.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Must have minimum 3 years of recent direct recruitment experience within a construction space. You must have a proven track record of hiring both skilled field trades and construction leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple job levels.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • The ability to build instant rapport with both field personnel and C-suite executives.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
