You will be a member of a multi-disciplinary group of System, Hardware and Software Engineers. We are a growing business developing new products in an aggressive and competitive market. Collins is hiring Systems Engineers to support programs for our US military and various international customers, keeping the world safe from foreign threats. We support multiple contracts and are seeking to fill roles across several open contracts – our goal is to align each new hire with a position that best suits their skills and allows for career growth. In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, development, and integration of products, from concept to production. You will collaborate closely with hardware and software engineers to ensure seamless system performance and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

This role is onsite, in Marlborough, Massachusetts. This role may be eligible for relocation.

What You Will Do:

• You will integrate solutions within their target environment.
• You will execute Integration, Dry Run, and Formal Qualification Testing.
• You will analyze and documenting system behaviors.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) obtained prior to start.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
• Familiarity with the Systems Engineering V – from CONOPS development to Sustainment.
• Familiarity with integration and testing including test procedures, test automation, test execution, and test reporting.
  
  

Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with communications and networking technologies.
• Experience with working in cross-discipline teams.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
