Role Overview
We are looking for a Production Designer with strong UX foundations who specializes in visual design. This role focuses on applying UX strategy through UI using hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and systems to create clear, scalable digital experiences.
This is not a purely executional or pixel-pushing role. Were looking for a designer who understands why a design works, not just how it looks someone who sees visual design as applied UX thinking.
Youll work within established design systems, collaborate closely with engineers, and help ensure that UX intent carries through to high-quality, production-ready UI across a range of industries and platforms.
What Youll Do
Apply UX Thinking Through Visual Design :
- Translate UX strategy, user flows, and wireframes into thoughtful, well-structured UI
- Use hierarchy, spacing, typography, and color intentionally to guide users
- Identify usability gaps and propose visual solutions that improve clarity and flow
- Balance usability, accessibility, and brand expression in your designs
- Work extensively within design systems using components, variants, and tokens
- Apply and maintain semantic tokens for color, typography, spacing, and states
- Ensure consistency and scalability across screens and products
- Use modern Figma standards : auto-layout, variables, component properties, and Dev Mode readiness
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate flows, states, and intent
- Use prototyping to support collaboration with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Explore motion or interaction patterns where they enhance usability.

- Own the visual polish and production readiness of designs
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and implementation-ready

- Be supported by project managers for planning, timelines, and delivery
- This role reports to Senior Designers, with creative direction from an Art Director and ultimately a Creative Director.

- Proven experience working within design systems at scale
- Advanced proficiency in Figma :
- Components and variants
- Auto-layout
- Variables / tokens
- Dev Mode readiness
- Experience creating interactive prototypes
- Strong attention to detail and production quality
- Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking applied through visual design
