Superpresence is a growing creative agency specializing in web design and development for B2B companies, with roots expanding into branding and performance marketing. We're a tight team of 5 that moves fast, delivers high-quality work, and punches well above our weight. Our clients are English-speaking and western-facing, so the work we produce needs to land with that audience every single time.

We're hiring across 5 roles — all fully remote, immediate start, with real creative ownership.

🎨 GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Mid–Senior Level)

Contract | Part-Time or Full-Time

Create web assets, static ad creatives, social templates, custom illustrations, icons, and light motion graphics (Jitter, Rive, LottieFiles). Collaborate with strategists, developers, and the creative team across multiple client brands.

Requirements:

→ 3–6+ years experience in graphic design

→ Strong portfolio across web, ads, social & illustration

→ Proficient in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite

→ Comfortable adapting to different brand styles quickly

→ Conversational English (written & spoken)

🖥️ UI/UX WEB DESIGNER (Junior–Mid Level)

Contract | Part-Time or Full-Time

Design responsive, conversion-focused websites and landing pages. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma. Work directly under our lead UI/UX designer and collaborate with developers to bring designs to production.

Requirements:

→ 1–4 years experience in UI/UX web design

→ Portfolio showing strong website work with conversion thinking

→ Figma proficiency — inside and out

→ Good grasp of responsive design, typography & grid systems

→ Conversational English (written & spoken)

🔍 SEO SPECIALIST (Mid–Senior Level)

Freelance

Own the SEO function across client projects and our own agency growth. Technical audits, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, content briefs, link building, and reporting with actionable insights — no vanity metrics.

Requirements:

→ 4+ years hands-on SEO experience (technical, on-page, off-page)

→ Proven track record improving organic performance

→ Proficient with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC or similar

→ Strategic thinker who sees SEO within the bigger marketing picture

→ Conversational English (written & spoken)

✍️ CONTENT WRITER — ENGLISH (Mid–Senior Level)

Contract or Freelance | Part-Time or Full-Time

Write long-form B2B content — blog posts, thought leadership, guides, resource pages, and pillar content across multiple industries. Research complex topics and make them clear, engaging, and built with search intent in mind.

Requirements:

→ Strong portfolio of long-form English content

→ Exceptional writing ability — with or without AI

→ Can research, synthesize & make complex topics accessible

→ Understands SEO best practices in content writing

→ Fluent or native-level English — non-negotiable

📝 COPYWRITER — ENGLISH (Mid–Senior Level)

Freelance or Contract

Write website copy, ad copy (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), email sequences, and brand messaging. Direct response, conversion-driven copy for B2B companies that needs to land with western audiences every single time.

Requirements:

→ 5+ years professional copywriting experience

→ Portfolio showing range across web, ads, email & brand messaging

→ Understands direct response and conversion-driven copy

→ Strong storytelling instincts and adaptable voice

→ Fluent or native-level English — non-negotiable
