Tech / Business Analyst (AI Programme)

A professional services organisation is seeking a Technology Business Analyst to support its AI programme. The role focuses on driving safe, value-led adoption of AI and digital tools across business functions. It combines business analysis, change enablement, and product support, with an emphasis on user adoption rather than technical development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess feasibility, impact, and risks of AI and technology opportunities
  • Run workshops to identify use cases and map business processes to AI solutions
  • Support adoption of AI tools across teams by understanding workflows and identifying opportunities
  • Assist with pilots and early-stage rollouts, enabling long-term, self-service use
  • Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Gather feedback through user groups and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Develop reusable prompts, templates, and guidance materials
  • Track adoption metrics (e.g., usage, efficiency, quality) and maintain reporting dashboards
  • Produce user documentation, guides, and enablement content

Technical / Delivery Support

  • Provide support for enterprise AI and workplace tools (e.g., productivity platforms, AI assistants)
  • Optimise prompts and workflows based on user needs
  • Collaborate on governance, security, and responsible use practices
  • Support testing, risk assessments, and compliance processes

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in business analysis, digital adoption, or AI-enabled change
  • Delivery of technology or automation initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business use
  • Familiarity with prompt design, data concepts, and AI risks
  • Structured problem-solving and analytical mindset

Qualifications (Optional)

  • Relevant certifications in business analysis, project management, or digital/AI tools


In order to be considered candidates must hold a valid right to work in Ireland and be based in country as relocation/remote working is not available with this role.
