About the Role:
SWOT Management LLC is seeking an experienced WordPress Developer (remote) with over 5 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining high-performance websites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in WordPress development along with a keen eye for design, performance, and usability.
Please Note: This is a remote role, and candidates are expected to work in US/UK time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
- Translate UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD, PSD) into responsive, pixel-perfect WordPress websites
- Ensure high performance, speed optimization, and scalability of websites
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues including bugs, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins as required
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver projects on time
- Manage website deployments, backups, and hosting environments

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in WordPress development
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins
- Solid understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
- Experience with performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
Preferred Qualifications;
