Job Description

Contract-to-hire (6 months)

  • Preference for candidates within proximity to Springfield, MO
  • Some on-site travel required during ramp-up (hybrid cadence)

Capstone IT is helping our client to find a Sr. Product Manager who will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a growing Marketing Technology (MarTech) portfolio. This role focuses on driving customer engagement, personalization, and loyalty initiatives within a large retail digital transformation effort. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities, align cross-functional teams, and translate complex ideas into clear business value.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute 1–3 year product roadmap
  • Establish product vision aligned to business goals

  • Partner with marketing, engineering, and leadership
  • Lead discovery efforts (vendor evaluation, roadmap planning)
  • Define success metrics and measure outcomes
  • Communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment across teams


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • Strong background in MarTech (CRM, loyalty, messaging, personalization)
  • Experience building products from ambiguity (0→1)
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset


Nice to Have

  • Experience in retail or eCommerce environments
