Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms
- Integrate AI tools and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) into existing business workflows via APIs
- Connect third-party platforms including CRMs, project management tools, databases, and communication tools
- Identify manual or repetitive processes and propose automation solutions
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing automations for performance and reliability
- Document all workflows, integrations, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to gather automation requirements
- Stay current with new AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, and automation trends

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation
- Proficiency in at least one major automation platform: Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures
- Experience integrating AI/LLM tools into workflows
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
